      Leslie's WW I Draft Registration Card indicates his birth date, that he was a telephone foreman for the Ohio State Telephone Co., that his wife's name was Cora Ione, that he was of medium height and build, and had brown eyes and black hair.

      The 1920 census shows that Leslie, 37, a widower, has advanced to a position of a foreman with the phone company. He lived with his son Robert L., 15. «i»1920 U.S. Census, «/i»Perry Twsp, Franklin Cnty, OH (T 625, Roll 1380, stamed p. 38B).

      Leslie's Oct 1945 Ohio Death Certificate # 63050, completed by his son Robert L. Hall, indicated that Leslie was servied by a wife, Jennie Hall, 48. It further asserted that Leslie was a "retired installer" for the Ohio Bell Telephone Co. It also indicates that his father was James Hall and his mother was Amanda Pratt, both born in Ohio.
