      "Mrs. Curtis was born Densel Aber in Grand Junction on March 16, 1951. She married John Curtis. She was a former civil engineer for Englewood and for private industries. She was a member of the Society of Civil Engineers and the Water Environment Federation. She was a Girl Scout leader.
