      "Leonard I. Rickey, 83, ... died at 5:25 p.m. Thursday, July 28, 1994, at Proctor Hospital in Peoria.
      "Born Jan. 12, 1911, in Sparland to George and Bessie Has tings Rickey, he married Violet "Dolly" Bland on May 18, 1932, in Springfield. She survives.
      "Also surviving are one son, Ivan of Dunlap; one daughter, Beverly Rickey of Chillicothe; one brother, Harold of Princeville; two sisters, Mrs. Clarence (Frances) Wissmiller and Mrs. John (Jeanne) Lopeman, both of Henry; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. One brother preceded him in death.
      "A member of Peoria County Farm Bureau, he farmed in the Dunlap area all his life. He also served on the Banner School Board in Dunlap and served as a Republican precinct committeeman for many years.
      "He was a member of Alta Masonic Lodge 748, AF&AM; Scottish Rite Bodies, Valley of Peoria; Mohammed Temple Shrine of Peoria; and Lacon Shrine Club. He also was a member of Prospect United Methodist Church of Dunlap.
      "*** Burial will be in Mount Hawley Cemetery in Peoria County...."
