    • Citing Charles Roberts, vol. 1, HISTORY OF LEHIGH COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, p. 926 (----). Annette Burgert states: "Upper Saucon Township: about 1742 a warrant was issued to George Reinhard, in pursuance of which there was patented to him, Nov. 10, 1762, a tract of 162 acres." Annette Burgert, «i»Eighteenth Century Emigrants from Pfungstadt, Hessen-Darmstadt to Pennsylvania«/i», p. 26 (1995). Ms. Burgert also reports, «i»ibid/i», that "Georg Reinhard, Saucon, Northampton Co., PA." became a naturalized citizen in April, 1761.
