    • The Minneapolis [MN] Star Tribune, Obituary (17 Dec 2002), states:
      "Snouffer, Robert C., age 56, of Minneapolis, died suddenly after a short battle with [pancreatic] cancer. Preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers & a niece. Survived by his wife, Margaret; sisters, Carol & Phyllis; nieces Heather & Holly; and his very close mother- & father-in-law. A 23-year retiree with military service in the US Army and MN Air National Guard, plus Charter Member #5 of the First Minnesota Volunteer Infantry (Civil War Re-Enactors at Ft. Snelling). Memorial Service Thursday 12 Noon.... Interment with honors at Fort Snelling National Cemetery...."
