    • Albert's World War I draft registration card (dated 12 Sep 1918) indicates that his full name was Albert Wayne Sellers, and that he was born 18 Nov 1876. He lived with his wife Florence in Wichita, Sedgwick Cnty, KS, and was employed as an "auto painter."
    • The 1930 census shows Wayne A Sellers, 53, living with his wife of 20 years, Florence Sellers, 37, and her brother Wayne Judah, 20. Wayne Sellers was born in Illinois; Florence, in Nebraska; and her brother Wayne in Kansas. Her husband Wayne was an automobile painter; she was a "saleslady" for a mercantile co., and her brother was a general laborer. 1930 U.S. Census, Long Beach, Los Angeles Cnty, CA (T 626, Roll 130, stamped p. 23).
    • The 1940 census reveals that the group is basically still together. Florence Sellers, 45, a saleslady, lived with her husband Albert W Sellers, 63. Brother Wayne had moved on, but had been replaced by a lodger, Julia Sabo, 46, from Iowa.
